Ken Whillans

Ken Whillans is a two-pond fishing park off Highway 10 in Caledon, run by Credit Valley Conservation on the old Kidd property. The headline here is the family stuff: Credit Valley stocks Orchard Pond with rainbow trout every spring for a put-and-take season, and that's what most people come for.

Easy water — a light 7 km/h NE average keeps 0.4 km of fetch calm and controllable. The bite should be firing — steady pressure keeps it predictable. Work the shoreline edges and lean on the low-light hours.
